What we collect
When you register your interest we collect your full name, email address and, if you choose to provide them, your country of residence, venture interests and indicative investment capacity. We also record the date, the page from which you registered, your consent choices, the wording you agreed to and a one-way hashed representation of your IP address used for spam prevention.
Why we use it
We use your information to manage your expression of interest, to contact you about the ventures you selected and — only where you have explicitly opted in — to send you updates about ventures in development and potential future opportunities. We do not sell your personal data.
Legal basis
We process registration data on the basis of your request and our legitimate interest in managing expressions of interest, and process marketing communications on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Retention and security
Your data is stored securely with access restricted to authorised Amberfield administrators. We retain it only for as long as necessary for the purposes described, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw marketing consent, by contacting hello@amberfield.example.
