OVIVO Homes is conceived as a branded hospitality operator for vacation rentals. Rather than a loose collection of listings, OVIVO is designed to offer guests a recognisable standard of comfort, design and service — and to offer property owners a professional, technology-enabled partner to manage their homes.

Vacation rental supply in many emerging destinations is fragmented and largely self-managed. Quality, presentation and guest service vary widely, and owners often lack the tools, distribution and operating discipline to realise the full potential of their properties. A branded, professionally run operator can raise standards for guests while creating a more reliable proposition for owners.

OVIVO is envisaged to partner with property owners under management agreements, taking responsibility for guest acquisition, revenue management, housekeeping, maintenance coordination and guest experience. The model is designed to be asset-light, with technology and consistent brand standards at its core. Final commercial terms remain subject to ongoing development.

The initial focus is Suriname, serving international leisure travellers, visiting diaspora, business travellers on extended stays and owners of quality residential properties seeking professional management.
