Concept Overview
PORTO Business Club is a concept for a premium network of business lounges — places where professionals can work, meet and recharge with the comfort and service of a fine hotel. PORTO is a working name, pending trademark and domain verification.
The Opportunity
Professionals travelling between regional business hubs often move between hotel lobbies, cafés and improvised meeting spaces. There is room for a considered, hospitality-led environment that combines flexible workspace, private meeting rooms and attentive service in convenient locations.
Proposed Business Model
The concept envisages a combination of memberships, day passes, meeting-room bookings and food and beverage, with potential corporate partnerships. The model, locations and partnerships are still being evaluated and have not been finalised.
